I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

At present, orders are shipped from our fulfillment center within 2-4 business days. Please be aware that during conventions, sales or promotions, order processing may take longer.

To track the status of your order, simply check your Order History in your account. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number once your order is shipped.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE ?

We understand that waiting for an eagerly awaited package can be tough! That's why our fulfillment center uses various shipping methods based on the size of your order. Typically, your order should arrive within 10 business days after shipment. Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding shipping holidays.

Please allow up to 3-6 business days for your in-stock items to arrive (1 business day for processing and 2-6 business days for shipping). This shipping method is fully trackable.

CANCELLATIONS

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

Once an order has been shipped, it can not be canceled at that point. After receiving your package you can contact us on the first 48 hours to arrange a return/refund (Refund Policy apply)
